BFSI helps young people (16-25) from diverse backgrounds and underrepresented communities unlock their strengths and take meaningful steps towards long-term employment.

Our courses focus on building both soft skills and technical skills, that employers actively seek; boosting confidence and uncovering potential many didn’t realise they had.  

​

We take a strengths-based approach to matching young people with relevant employers to get high quality practical experience, which considerably enhances the young person’s CV. The work experience employer will also provide a mock interview and detailed feedback on it.

Together we have trained 92 young people and of those, 32 have got job.
